    Kuswelakala okungenani kwabasebenzi bezempilakahle

    GWERU -IZimbabwe ilokuswelakala okungenani kwabasebenzi bezempilo isilinganiso esifika ku 57 000, okuthinta ukuhamba kahle kwezinsizakalo zezempilo, kutsho abahloniphekayo.

    “Kukhona ukuswelakala okungenani kwabasebenzi bezempilo abangu 57 000 eZimbabwe ukuze bafike lapho sifuna khona ukuzohlangabezana lezinhloso ze Vision 2030,” kutsho yena.

    UDkt Kangwende uthe iZimbabwe idinga okungenani kabili isibalo sabasebenzi bezempilo ngokutshetsha futhi ngokuqinisekile ngo 2030 uma izwe lizafeza usizo lwezempilo jikelele ngo 2030.

    “Ukuze sikwenze lokho, kudingeka sikhuphule isibalo sabasebenzi bezempilo abaqeqetshwa ezikhungweni zethu zezempilo, ezikolweni zabahlengikazi, lasezikolweni ezilemikhakha eminengi.

    “Okwakathesi, ukukhiqizwa kucitshe kube yi 3 400 ngomnyaka, futhi silezikhala ezingu 5 000 ezingela bantu ngitsho lalowo mkhiqizo.

    “Izibikezelo lezibalo zitsho ukuthi kudingeka sikhuphule lokho kukhiqizwa okungenani efika citshe 7 000 ngomnyaka ngokutshetsha ukuze sifeze umbono wethu ka 2030,” kutsho yena.

    Uthe iHSC izibophezele ukudala okungenani izikhala ezingu 32 000 ngo 2030.

    “Lowo ngumsebenzi omkhulu kodwa kumele wenziwe,” kutsho yena.

    UDkt Kangwende uthe iHSC izibophezele ekunciphiseni i attrition yabasebenzi bezempilo okungenani ngamaphesenti angu 50 ngo 2030 ukuze bayeke ukufuna amadlelo aluhlaza ngaphandle kwezwe.

    “Lokhu kuzafezwa ngokunikeza amaholo angcono ukuvala igebe phakathi kwamaholo anikezwa okwamanje lamaholo atshiwo abasebenzi bezempilo kulolu cwaningo.

    “IHSC lohulumende bazibophezele ukuvala leso sikhala ngoba siyazi ukuthi abasebenzi bezempilo balokukhetha… bangahamba, uma benikezwa amaholo kwezinye izindawo futhi uma singadonsi amasokisi ethu sizalahlekelwa,” kutsho yena.

    IHSC iphinde iqhuba umsebenzi wokuhlola umsebenzi okuzathi phakathi kwezinye izinto iqinisekise ukuthi imisebenzi yabasebenzi bezempilo ihlelwa kahle ngokomsebenzi abawenzayo bese bebaholisa ngokufanele.

    Uthe njengoba iZimbabwe iqhubekela phambili ekufezeni izinhloso ze Vision 2030, umkhakha wezempilo ulesibopho sokunikeza izinsizakalo zezempilo ezisezingeni eliphezulu emphakathini ophakathi lendawo elomnotho.

    “Kulapho ilizwe elihamba khona futhi uhlelo lwethu lwezempilo kumele lube kulelo zinga,” kutsho uDkt Kangwende.

    Utshayele ihlombe uhlelo lwe 5S Kaizen Total Quality Management, olubone ukuthuthukiswa kwezinsizakalo ezinikezwa yi GPH.

    “Kusukela kwethulwa i 5S Kaizen TQM ngo 2015 lapha eGPH, aklayenti labasebenzi babike izinguquko ezifiselekayo ezifana lokunciphisa isikhathi sokulinda kwezigulani, imiti, ukuhlolwa kokuxilonga (diagnostic test) lokutholakala kwegazi, ukuthuthukiswa kwesimo sengqondo sabasebenzi, ukuxhumana, umoya wabasebenzi, ukunciphisa izindleko kanye lokuqoqwa kwemali okuthuthukisiwe,” kutsho yena.

    Umphathi wezokwelapha weGPH uDkt Fabian Mashingaidze uthe ifilosofi ye 5S Kaizen isebenzela ukuthuthukisa isimo sokusebenza futhi isiza ukuthuthukisa izinqubo zezinsizakalo abazinika zona ukuze izinga lezinsizakalo ezinhle futhi liphephile.

    “Kuyisisekelo sokuphathwa kwenhlangano futhi kusiza ukuthuthukisa izinto ezinengi ezifana lokusebenza ngokubambisana, umoya wabasebenzi, ugqozi lezinye izinzuzo ezitholakala ekusebenziseni umqondo,” kutsho yena.

    UDkt Mashingaidze uthe basezinhlelweni zokwakha isakhiwo esilezitezi ezimbili esizanikezwa amawadi, theatre le Intensive Care Unit isikhala.

    “Besihlose ukuthi sibe sesiqedile manje, kodwa sekubambezeleke ukukhitshwa kwemali yokwakha isakhiwo.

    “Silethemba ukuthi sizakwazi ukusebenzisa lokuqeda isakhiwo ngonyaka wezimali ozayo,” etsho.
