NHLAMBA Development Hub is set to build a clinic for the Ntepe Community, bringing relief to residents, who have gone for decades without a nearby health facility.
Nhlamba Development Hub is a non-profit community-based organisation that was established during the reign of the late Chief Denis Nhlamba. Its mandate is uplifting the lives of marginalised communities under Chief Nhlamba’s jurisdiction and surrounding areas.
In an interview, Nhlamba Development Hub secretary, Collins Sibanda, said besides building the clinic, the organisation would spearhead a lot of community development projects such as constructing vocational centres, resuscitating farming areas and rehabilitating schools, among other projects.
“We have lots of developmental projects lined up. We are an entity that seeks to attain high standards of development under our Chief’s jurisdiction. We also want to spread development to places like Nsimbi, Mtantawenema, Mbamba, Mvukudzi, and Sengezane among others. We are currently in early stages of building a clinic for the Ntepe community,” Sibanda said.
He said well-wishers could also play a hand in donating anything towards the construction of the clinic.
“We are appealing for well-wishers to intervene in these projects. It can be through cash donations, building materials, expertise or anything else, as we would really appreciate.

With the help of two local Councillors Miclas Ndlovu, representing Ward 13 and Phineas Maphosa, Ward 14, the organisation secured land from the Rural District Council.
“We have been allocated land right where we proposed to construct the clinic – behind the Veterinary Service and north-facing churches at Ntepe Business Centre. This is our project. It is now everyone’s mandate to partake in this project. Together, we can achieve great goals, starting with the clinic.”
