Zimbabwe handball team loses

Harare (New Ziana) – The Zimbabwe under 20 handball team narrowly lost 30-38 on Thursday to Madagascar, the fourth consecutive defeat at the ongoing International Handball Federation Trophy Continental Phase games in Congo, Brazzaville.

The team, making its maiden appearance at the tournament, has struggled so far, and anchors the bottom of the table after losing the first four matches.

It plays Rwanda next week on Friday where coach Cephas Mushati hopes to pick up his first win.
