REGIONAL, TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT, CHAPTER 29:12 NOTICE FOR AN APPLICATION FOR A PERMIT IN TERMS OF SECTION 26 (3) OF THE ACT

Notice is hereby given of an application to carry-out the following development on
Stand 2851 Winston Park, Marondera Township.
(i) It is proposed to establish Two (2) semi-detached Cluster Houses and an
Out Building on the above mentioned stand which is zoned residential in
terms of the Operative Marondera Master Plan, wherein the proposed use
may be permitted through special consent of the Local Planning Authority
(ii) According to the Act, this application is required to be advertised and
owners of adjacent properties notified in writing before being considered
by the Local Planning Authority.

The application, plans and any special conditions which the authority is likely to
impose in the event of this application being favourably considered may be inspected
at the address below during normal office hours.
Any person wishing to make objections or representations relating to the application
must lodge them in writing, with the undersigned, within one month of the date of the
first insertion of this notice.
