THE Masvingo Show Society says it is promising fireworks and a lot of entertainment
at this year’s Agricultural Show set for next week at which over 100 exhibitors are
expected to showcase their products and services.
This year’s show will be marked by the return of livestock exhibitions and it is
expected to be bursting with an all-packed entertainment programme on Saturday
    September 30.
The day will climax with a spectacular fireworks display in the evening, but first the
people will be treated to entertainment from the Zimbabwe Republic Police full
display from the headquarters, and the Zimbabwe Prisons and Correctional Services
    Ntabazinduna band.
The Masvingo Agricultural Show will run under the theme “Transformation the key
engine for economic growth” and is scheduled for September 28th to October 1.
There will be horse riding, lunar park, motor bikes, gymnastics, mock battles and this
year ZIMPARKS will bring lions for exhibitions.
The society said they, however, still have space for those who want to be part of this
    year’s event.
“Preparations for the agricultural show are at advanced stage but there is, however,
still open space for exhibitors who want to come through and for enquiries they can
get in touch on 0773 472 533,” said the administrations secretary, Jane Marevesa.
