    Simba Bhora dominate soccer stars’ calendar

    THE Castle Lager Premier Soccer League’s 2025 Best XI was dominated by 2024 champions Simba Bhora, who emerged as the season’s powerhouse, with three players earning recognition.
    Isheanesu Mauchi, Emmanuel Ziocha, and William Thole represented the club’s campaign, highlighting their collective strength and tactical prowess that made them formidable opponents throughout the season.

    Simba Bhora’s triple representation in the Best XI proved that they had a potent side, which managed to finish second behind Scottland. Their ability to produce three of the league’s finest players in a single season reflected superior player development, strategic recruitment, and consistent performance across all positions. This achievement cemented their status as the league’s premier talent factory for the 2025 season.

    MWOS and Scottland each contributed two players to the prestigious lineup. MWOS’s Aboubakar Moffat and Billy Veremu demonstrated the club’s attacking capabilities and defensive solidity. Scottland’s Kevin Moyo and Tymon Machope proved instrumental in their team’s performances, showcasing versatility and consistency.

    The remaining spots in the elite eleven went to standout individuals from various clubs. Highlanders’ Andrew Mbeba, Dynamos’ Emmanuel Jalai, TelOne’s Washington Navaya, and FC Platinum’s Jarrison Selemani each carried their team’s flag into this exclusive group, proving that individual brilliance transcended club success.

    Navaya from Wifi Boys is the Golden Boot winner, after finishing the season with 17 goals. Machope of Scottland FC, finished second in the Golden Boot race with 15 goals and was named Player of the Month for November.

    The 2025 Castle Lager Soccer Star of the Year award will be announced at a banquet in Harare on December 5, 2025 The full list of 2025 Soccer Stars includes Isheanesu Mauchi, Emmanuel Ziocha, and William Thole of Simba Bhora; Tymon Machope and Kevin Moyo of Scottland; Aboubakar Moffat and Billy Veremu of MWOS; Andrew Mbeba of Highlanders; Emmanuel Jalai of Dynamos; Washington Navaya of TelOne; and Jarrison Selemani of FC Platinum.
