BULAWAYO – Highlanders Football Club has been plunged into mourning following the tragic death of three senior club executives in a road traffic accident while travelling back to Bulawayo from Kariba.
The club’s Executive Chairman, Kenneth Mhlope, Vice Chairman Fiso Siziba, and Treasurer Nkani Khoza died on the spot after the accident.
The trio was returning from Kariba, where Highlanders had played ZPC Kariba, when the fatal crash occurred.
The tragic loss has sent shockwaves across the football fraternity, with condolences pouring in for the families of the deceased, the Highlanders community, and supporters of the club.
