Harare,  (New Ziana) – The Harare City Council has changed access routes to its Rowan Martin Building, with effect from Monday.

In a statement, the council said visitors and stakeholders were now required to use the Samora Machel Avenue entrance and exit gates to access its Rowan Martin offices.

It said the change was temporary, and did not give reasons. “The City of Harare wishes to advise all stakeholders that for access to Rowan Martin Building, kindly use Samora Machel Avenue entrance and exit gates until further notice,” it said.
