President Mnangagwa caps Manicaland university graduands

Mutare (New Ziana)- President Emmerson Mnangagwa arrived at the Manicaland State University of Applied Sciences on Thursday to officiate at its second graduation ceremony.

He is expected to confer 172 graduates from four faculties of engineering, applied sciences and technology, agribusiness management and applied social sciences.

The university was established through the Manicaland State University of Applied Sciences Act Chapter, 25:31 of 2016 in line with government policy of having a State University in each province.

Plans are underway to increase the number of programmes on offer at the university, including postgraduate programmes.
