REDCLIFF based reggae guru Jah Bless is working on a collaboration with Australia based artist Jah
Tung on a track titled Walking Dead.
Jah Bless whose real name is Tavona Kevin Padoro said the single is going to be dropped anytime
soon as producers are doing the final touches.
The Entertainer latest album Born to Lead which is loaded with tracks ranging from Reggae,
Dancehall, Hip Hop and Afrobeats, is currently enjoying international airplay especially in Jamaica.
He said is was happy to be doing a collaboration with Jah Tung, one of Australia’s most exciting and
versatile reggae artists who traces his ancestry back to the countrys first reggae sound system,
Soulmaker Sound.
With Anglo-Indian, very mixed heritage and hailing from Bankstown, Western Sydney an undeniably
multicultural area, JT relocated in 2018 to Melbourne, Australia’s cultural and creative capital.
Gaining local and global success with accolades such as four (4) consecutive Music Victoria Awards
nominations in 2019,21 and 22 as well as collaborations with high profile international reggae
artists, such as Dub FX, Gappy Ranks, Aza Lineage and more, plus having shared the stage with the
reggae greats, like Katchafire, Johnny Osbourne, Mad Professor, Macka B, David Rodigan, Bushman,
Anthony B, Cecile and so many more, the lyrical souljah continues to take the scene by storm.
The diverse artist who bridges gaps between the nation's reggae, hip hop and dancehall
communities and beyond, is also working on a new album called Digital Degeneration to be released
soon , which will feature the likes of Kabaka Pyramid, Bugle, Pressure Busspipe, Micah Shemaiah.
Jah Tung plays with the group The Natural Order, is also working on many collaboration projects
with various producers
