MARONDERA- Murehwa South legislator Noah Mangondo has vowed to involve everyone from the constituency in all developmental programmes and projects that he will be implementing during his tenure.

Simbi Yebasa, as Mangondo is popularly known in the constituency has hit the ground running by accelerating projects that are changing people’s lives.

Such projects include the rehabilitation of dip tanks, boreholes, bridges and other infrastructure.

“I appreciate the confidence that was bestowed on me by the people of Murehwa South and I am ready to do my best in fulfilling all the promises that I made to them when I was soliciting for their support. Now that they showed their faith in me, it is time for me to pay back that support.

“Before the elections that saw me being voted into office, I was already rolling out several projects and will now be accelerating them. There are other projects that we are planning to start and I will involve everyone with the development of Murehwa South in them,” Mangondo said.

Recently, he held thank you rallies in all the four zones in the constituency and the electorate in areas such as Macheke, Virginia, Jekwa and Wuyuwuyu expressed their confidence in the way Mangondo’s rolls out developmental projects.

Apart from the developmental projects and programmes in communities, he periodically holds football tournaments and leagues that see participants winning an array of prizes, with the most recent one being the Murehwa South Simbi Yebasa Bhora Mberi League.
