    Plane crashes in Gweru

    Gweru (New Ziana) – A small plane crashed in Gweru on Tuesday, but the fate of the pilot was unclear, eyewitnesses said.

    The plane, whose identity was also unclear, crashed near Gweru.

    The city is home to a major air base, but eyewitnesses said it was unclear if the plane belonged to the airforce.

    Police and other law enforcement agencies cordoned off the crash site.
