    Six suspected cattle rustlers nabbed

    Harare, (New Ziana) – Six suspected cattle rustlers who allegedly stole four cattle in Chegutu were arrested by the police along Harare-Bulawayo Road.

    In a statement, police said upon the arrest of the gang, four cattle carcasses and 25 knives were recovered from the suspects.

    “The ZRP confirms the arrest of six suspects in connection with a case of stock theft where four cattle were stolen at Plot 8, Chikanga Farm, Chegutu during the night of 02/01/25,” police said.

    “The suspects are Owen Tinashe Mandizvidza Mutungamiri (25), Phillip Chirasasa (28), Lloyd Chirasasa (44), David Chirasasa (28), Peter Chirasasa (22) and Abel Chirasasa (30).

    Meanwhile, police in Filabusi are appealing for information which may lead to the arrest of Senzo Moyo (32), Ayanda Moyo (30), Senly Moyo (29), Paul Ndlovu (36) and Donald Sibanda (30) who are being sought in connection of a murder case which occurred on January 03 this year at village 16B, Nkankezi.
