Goromonzi(New Ziana) – The Zanu PF Women’s League has stressed the importance of discipline within the party, singling it as a crucial element in maintaining the party’s standing.

Speaking at the launch of a Face Mask sewing program for Mashonaland East Province, secretary for the Women’s League, Mabel Chinomona said discipline was important.

“Let our conduct be exemplary and in tandem with the expectations of the party,” she said.

She challenged women in top positions at state and party levels to work hard to advance women issues.

Speaking at the same event, Women’s League Secretary for Administration Monica Mutsvangwa called for increased mass mobilisation efforts.

She encouraged members to publicise the development work being done by the Second Republic under President Emerson Mnangagwa.

Meanwhile, the League’s Mashonaland East Province chapter endorsed the candidature of President Mnangagwa as the Zanu PF presidential candidate in the 2023 elections.
